Once collected we operate a secure chain of custody; all assets are transported to our certified facility, where data-bearing devices undergo verified erasure or physical destruction in full compliance with GDPR and international standards.

Secure Onsite Hard Drive Destruction
Our Secure Onsite Hard Drive Destruction service allows you to witness the destruction of your data-bearing devices firsthand, providing maximum security and transparency. Using our mobile shredding units, we come directly to your premises to destroy hard drives on-site. Each destruction is carried out by security-vetted, trained operatives, with full certification and traceable documentation provided upon completion. This service is GDPR compliant and gives peace of mind for your brand & reputation.

1. Contact us
Contact our dedicated team to discuss your ITAD & Destruction requirements
2. Choose a Suitable Option
There are many flexible options available. Once you have been informed of them all, simply choose the option that is most suitable for your business.
3. Book a Date
Your Client Account Manager will advise what dates are available for your chosen option.
4. Collection
A Collection Van or Mobile Shredding Unit (MSU) will arrive at your premises on the date you have chosen.
5. Secure Destruction
A security-vetted operator will either destroy your data on-site or load the material into the collection van to be destroyed at our secure destruction centre.
6. Certificate of Destruction
Once the process has been carried out you will be issued with a certificate of destruction for your records.
